Shofar
The shofar or trumpet was weapon of spiritual warfare over and over in the Bible. When it was blown the impossible happened, walls crumbled and armies of much greater size were defeated. The shofar is also blown to signify the coming of the Lord. Shofars are made from rams horns origninal ancient Jews. Jews living in West Africa began using the Kudu antelope horn and its popularity has spread and is common among Jews world wide.
Exodus 19:19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.
Joshua 6:5 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.
Judges 7:18 When I blow with a trumpet, I and all that are with me, then blow ye the trumpets also on every side of all the camp, and say, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.
